Produce at The Atrium comes from local farms, and the juiciest clams, most flavorful sea bass, monkfish, skate and the flakiest fluke is caught fresh in season from The Atrium’s backyard on the Navesink River. Here, there is no frozen food except ice cream. Healthy, delicious vegetarian items are found on the menu every night, and there are even vegan and gluten-free selections.
