Apply your personal touch with upgrades.
At The Atrium at Navesink Harbor, we want your senior apartment to feel like home, reflect your personal taste, and be your own. To create a home that truly reflects your new chapter of independent living, we offer a variety of upgrades for select apartments. You can choose from upgrade packages that feature a nice selection of kitchen and bathroom finishes, carpet and flooring options, and interior paint colors.
Our newest upgrade package
Those seeking a modern look with high-end appeal will appreciate The Modern upgrade. A little gray, a little beige, and oh, so flexible. This new “greige” scheme allows for designing with either subtle contrast or stronger counterpoints. Kitchens offer greige cabinets paired with marbleized, low-maintenance quartz countertops, and glossy white subway tile. Kitchen flooring options let you complement or contrast in wood tones. These new floor and wall options are inspired by the look of marble with linear vein movement. For a stunning home environment, The Modern adds complementing light fixtures in satin nickel throughout. Bathroom showers are upgraded with modern glass listello and beautiful contemporary hardware.
Updated standard packages
We also offer three interior finish options within our standard pricing tier. These standard schemes come with small-format subway backsplash tile, marbleized ceramic stone floors, wood grain vinyl flooring, carpeted bedrooms, and herringbone accents in the bathroom. All may be upgraded to the greige offerings of glass listello bath tiles and glossy large-format subway tiles as backsplash, as well as alternative selections for flooring, countertops, fixtures, lighting, and hardware.
Offering white shaker-style cabinets with a mild marble-look Carrara quartz, The Contemporary brings a bright white background accented by the softest, subtlest gray veins for kitchens and bath for understated elegance. This package has the option to offset the lighter tones with rich dark vinyl wood floors or balance them with marbleized ceramic flooring that has the look of stone. New lighting, fixtures, and hardware in this contemporary model provide flexibility for those who enjoy the crispness of white, which works with all furniture styles.
Our most popular scheme has been updated to include new accents in floors, fixtures, and hardware. The maple-glazed transitional style cabinets are now paired with a countertop that has the visual appeal of exquisite creamy marble, highlighted with subtle specks and veins that add interest and depth. Hickory-finished vinyl floors or cream ceramic stone flooring let you take this design from contemporary to farmhouse.
This design scheme includes cinnamon maple cabinets and warm cream and beige countertops with specks of gray. Vintage oak vinyl flooring and small-format subway tiles have been added to this palette, along with a marbleized ceramic stone floor option. New lighting, hardware, and fixtures coordinate with this classic traditionalist scheme to combine soothing tones that complement design styles from traditional to transitional.
