Quick Summary: Springpoint has received the 2026 Great Employee Benefits award from Mployer, recognizing the organization’s commitment to supporting its team members. Springpoint’s employee benefits programs include health care coverage, retirement savings, paid time off, wellness resources, professional development, and other forms of support. At The Atrium at Navesink Harbor, investing in employees also means investing in the people who help create the welcoming, connected experience residents enjoy every day.

There’s a lot that goes into creating a community where people feel connected.

At The Atrium at Navesink Harbor, it can be the familiar face welcoming someone to breakfast, the employee who remembers a favorite activity, the person behind the scenes making sure an event comes together, or the team members who are always available to help.

Those everyday interactions are part of what makes community life personal. They’re also a reminder that a senior living community is only as strong as the people behind the scenes. That’s why we’re proud that Springpoint has been recognized with the 2026 Great Employee Benefits award from Mployer.

The recognition highlights the strength of Springpoint’s benefits, including health care, paid time off, and retirement offerings. More importantly, it gives us an opportunity to look at how our nonprofit organization supports the people who contribute to The Atrium at Navesink Harbor and Springpoint communities every day.

Behind Every Community Is a Team

A senior living community takes a lot of people working together.

At The Atrium at Navesink Harbor, that includes employees in dining, housekeeping, nursing, rehabilitation, activities, maintenance, administration, and many other roles. Some interact with residents throughout the day. Others work mostly behind the scenes.

Each role contributes something different, but the goal is shared: creating a community where people can live well, stay connected, and feel supported.

That’s one reason employee support is such an important part of Springpoint’s approach. When people have access to benefits, resources, and opportunities that support their lives and careers, they have a stronger foundation for building a future with the organization.

Employee Benefits That Support Real Life

People bring more to work than their job title. They have families, financial goals, health and wellness priorities, interests, and plans for the future.

Springpoint’s employee benefits programs are designed with those different needs in mind.

Team members have access to employee healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as wellness resources and employee assistance programs. Paid time off and holiday pay provide time away from work for rest, personal priorities and the people who matter most.

Financial benefits are another part of the picture. Springpoint offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan with an employer match, along with life insurance and disability coverage. These retirement benefits for employees give team members opportunities to prepare for their financial future while building their careers.

Mployer’s 2026 evaluation placed Springpoint’s retirement benefits in the 90th percentile nationwide. Springpoint’s overall benefits program ranked in the 60th percentile nationwide.

More Than a Benefits Package

Benefits are one part of the employee experience. At Springpoint, we take a broader view through our total rewards philosophy, which considers the different ways an organization can support its employees.

That includes:

  • Health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Retirement savings with an employer match
  • Paid time off and holiday pay
  • Wellness and employee support resources
  • Tuition assistance and scholarship opportunities
  • Professional development and leadership training
  • Springpoint University
  • Opportunities for career advancement
  • Flexible pay options

For some employees, that might mean having access to health care coverage that works for their family. For someone else, it could mean taking advantage of a professional development opportunity or putting more toward retirement.

The point is that employee support doesn’t look exactly the same for everyone.

Building Careers, Not Just Filling Positions

A strong workplace gives people reasons to think about where they can go next.

Springpoint supports professional development through programs such as Springpoint University, along with opportunities to build skills and pursue advancement within the organization.

The CNA Training Program is another example. The no-cost program helps eligible employees pursue CNA certification, with Springpoint covering training-related costs and providing guaranteed job placement after graduation. That kind of opportunity can change what a job looks like over time. An employee can start in one position, gain experience, develop new skills, and find a path toward something more.

For a community like The Atrium at Navesink Harbor, that continuity matters. Experienced employees have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with residents and become familiar faces within the community.

When Employees Know the Community, Relationships Grow

The people who work at The Atrium at Navesink Harbor aren’t just part of the daily schedule. They become familiar faces.

Over time, employees learn the small details that make interactions more personal. They know who enjoys a particular class, who likes to stop and chat, who looks forward to a certain event, or who appreciates a little extra help. Those relationships can make a difference in how someone experiences daily life.

And they’re one reason employee retention, professional development, and workplace support matter beyond the workplace itself. When people have opportunities to grow within an organization, communities benefit from the experience and relationships those employees build along the way.

Recognition for a Commitment to Our Team

The 2026 Great Employee Benefits award is one of several recognitions Springpoint has received for its approach to the employee experience.

The recognition from Mployer also adds to a growing list of honors that recognize Springpoint as an employer. Each recognition looks at something different, whether it’s benefits, workplace culture, wellness, or professional development. Together, they reflect the many ways Springpoint supports its employees.

As a nonprofit organization, we believe that commitment extends to the people who make our communities possible.
