Springpoint recently announced LuAnn DellaPietro, RN-BC, BSN, LNHA, as the new Executive Director of The Atrium at Navesink Harbor.
In her new role, LuAnn is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of The Atrium at Navesink Harbor, a Springpoint Life Plan Community. She will work closely with department managers and provide guidance to develop, implement, and maintain policies that continue to ensure resident health, safety, and wellbeing.
LuAnn has been an integral part of the Springpoint family for over 30 years; she previously served as the Director of Health Services for The Atrium. Most recently, she served as the Administrator and Assistant Executive Director at Village Point Rehabilitation and Healthcare.
LuAnn is a trusted resource and highly regarded executive within Springpoint, serving on various corporate-wide committees regarding clinical care and service. She is also a recipient of the Springpoint President’s Award.
LuAnn is a graduate of Chamberlain College of Nursing. She completed her NJ Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) training in 2020 after serving as an
Administrator in Training (AIT) at Village Point Rehabilitation & Healthcare.
