This places The Atrium at the top of the benchmark of Life Plan Communities across the nation for their admirable satisfaction scores in Independent Living. Holleran is the national leader in engagement and satisfaction research for residents, employees, and other stakeholders of senior living and retirement communities.

A proprietary algorithm developed by Holleran’s highly trained statisticians, researchers, and analysts determines Choice Community Award recipients every year. For 2024, Holleran based scores on both resident engagement and satisfaction. The communities recognized exceed an average above the 85th percentile in the Holleran National Benchmark. Currently, the benchmark comprises more than 156,000 resident and employee surveys from over 350 organizations across 36 states, DC, and Canada (all completed within the last three years).
