Each team member is introduced to the program through specialized training and works with residents to develop our events and activities, keeping whole-body wellness in mind. These go far beyond traditional healthy living activities and cater to each of the seven dimensions of wellness, including physical wellness, with a genuine understanding of your needs.

The best part about LivWell? Everything you decide to participate in is your choice. LivWell is unique due to its personalized approach. You’re invited to take a questionnaire when you move into the community that helps you recognize your most important goals. Our staff can then share information on LivWell activities and programs that can help you achieve those objectives and fit your lifestyle using resources right within the community.

Through fitness programs within LivWell, like dance class and Tai Chi, there are numerous ways for you to get involved. Along with this engaging programming, our community offers a variety of both indoor and outdoor amenities for you to use to stay active. The main building hosts a fully equipped fitness center for your personal use, and you can talk to the professional fitness instructor to learn tips and tricks when working out.

But active living goes beyond exercising in a gym. One of the easiest ways to lead a more active lifestyle is to simply walk when you have a chance. With our central location in the town of Red Bank, we’re fortunate that residents are easily able to add walking into their daily routine. Simply step out the doors of The Atrium and walk to your errands or simply take a leisurely stroll along the riverbank.

Not only will you be promoting positive health by taking a walk outside, but you’ll delight in beautiful views, as well. Resident Katherine Guyer shares, “Living here I can walk to the pharmacy, bank, church, shopping, restaurants, library, theater and the park. It’s very convenient.”
